We are foamex board printers that can supply whatever the size and qty you require.We print foamex at our Ramparts unit within Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland.
As the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) or 3.05m x 1.56m (10ft x 5ft approx) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.
Foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double-sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.
Foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.
Standard product tolerance is an expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre.
Each item is printed and finished to your requirements.
Due to transportation issues, the maximum length of the board sent in one piece is 1.5m.
